Need EA for MQL5

hi programmer master

i need your help to create EA base on my input signal below : 

SELL execution only if this criteria meet : 

- Heikin ashi : Red 

- parabolic : downtrend

- MA 100 : downtrend 

- MA 14 cross with MA7 

EXIT position : when parabolic change direction 

Buy : 

 Heikin ashi : Blue

- parabolic : uptrend

- MA 100 : uptrend

- MA 14 cross with MA7 

EXIT position : when parabolic change direction 

This EA also need to have editable input such as target profit, lot/trade, push notification/email 

Strategy 2 : 

SELL if condition meet : 

CCI > 100

MA100 = downtrend 

if last candle = RED then sell with expire 1 hour then autoclose (green arrow in image below is close trade)

BUY if condition meet : 

CCI <100

MA100 = uptrend

if last candle = Green then Buy with expire 1 hour then autoclose

i need this EA with selection to activate strategy 2 or not active selection
