Need a simple EA for MT4 based on MACD crossover

MACD crossover Long and Short

I need following EA for Renko charts.

Buy/Sell when triggers line (blue) crosses MACD up or down. As soon as blue line crossover above/below and white or Red candle close. TRADE triggers on the 2nd white/red candle. When crossover detected then 2nd white or red candle must open on the close of previous candle. Vice versa for Short.

Long entry.

As soon as Blue line crossover Red line from below Go Long. After crossover white candle close and entry on the 2nd white candle.

Short entry.

As soon as Blue line crossover Red line from above Go Short. After crossover Red candle close and entry on the 2nd red candle. 

Filter.

MACD above/below 0 line          True/False

 

If selected True.

No short position open above 0 line

No long position open below 0 line

If selected False.

Regular buy and sell on MACD crossover
