I want an MT5 trade copier with the exact same functionality that exists in FXBlue MT4 "FX Blue Personal Trade Copier for MT4"

Specifically, important features needed like reverse copy (tp becomes sl and sl becomes tp), entry offset (entry price will differ by fixed offset pips from the master), ability to use the copier accurately for volatility75 indices and all the other indices in binary.com (the autofxpro has so many bugs)

Product must be bug free and well tested in above environment (ok even if you have it off the shelf)
