Easy conversion of an MT4 indicator to an EA [I only have access to EX4 file].

Hello world, I need someone to turn an indicator I have been playing around with into an automated ea. The indicator is a zero line cross indicator and does not involve anything to complicated. It is an indicator that has its own separate window in MT4. There is a blue line and the line is either over the center line, under the center line, or in the middle. When the line crosses under the center line this is a sell signal and when the line crosses over the center line this is a buy. Like I said I have no access to the .mq4 file where all the actual code is located. Also buy and sell opportunities will consist of a stop loss of 1.5 times the Average True Range (ATR) and a take profit of 1 times the ATR. The EA must trade exactly as if I were manually following the trade signals. The EA must be applicable to all FX crosses and time frames. Thank you.
