The signal cannot be copied

Good day,

I would like to copy a signal.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work for me.

I have an account with the broker <gelöscht>.

The signal is displayed in the MT4 client.

When I click the subscribe button, no other window opens.

What am I doing wrong .

I would be very grateful for your help.
