It takes ages to get answer from MQL5 Help Desk (Financial operations are limited)

Literaly, I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get answer from MQL5 Help Desk. I have tried everything! Even open new ticket to check if they are still alive. Nobody answer anyway... Have you anybody experienced anything like that? How did you solve this issue? Thank you for replies

How many users do MT use?

Hello guys, Does anybody know how many users use Metatrader? Are these information publicly available? I would like to know: How many users do MT use? How many users do MT4/MT5 use? How many of them are active users? If anybody knows that please share with me. Thank you for reply. Michal

Different time frames - different close values?

Hi there, I would like to ask why Close values are not same for different time frames. I have bars from PERIOD_M1 and PERIOD_M5 with same datetime but with different Close values. Example: 2015.03 . 03 17 : 34 : 01.437 USDCAD,M5: 2015.03 . 03 17 : 40 : 00 | 2015.03 . 03 17 : 40 : 00 1.24416

Indicator blinking

Hi guys, how are you? I have a problem with my custom indicator . My indicator "blinking" in AdmiralMarkets MT5 client. It's weird because everything it's ok in IronFX MT5 client. Do you have any experience with that? Thank you for reply. I uploaded a video to YT as example, here's the link

CopyRates returns -1 and error 4401

Hi guys, I have a problem in my custom indicator. I call CopyRates function for different currency pairs in one time (EURUSD, USDCAD, ... ) with count demand of actual chart and timeframe. In case I've never opened chart with USDCAD (as example), CopyRates always returns -1 and GetLastError function
