Not getting SMS for verfication for withdrawal

Use telegram to receive your sms from mql5, Mine was also not working untill i tried telegram

i contact support and they anwser me same as you . im getting SMS , but not from mql5. they just say basic staff that already been there , so i dont know how to get my y money amymore.
