Alert notification issues not working properly

this indicator sends notifications way too late or only when i refresh or jump between timeframes

i would much rather it send notifications exactly when the arrow appears or similar operation

im not sure why it only does it when i refresh or change timeframes

is there someone that can make the adjustments to this indicator to do such appropriate task
