Hi, I'm not able to download "Loss Recovery Trader" which I already bought.
When I want to install on MT4, the error message is:
2017.12.04 09:51:59.283 MQL4 Market: failed to get list of user products [401]
2017.12.04 09:51:58.335 MQL5.community: authorization failed
But I can login to MQL5 using the same login details. but MT4 says login fail. please help
