Здравствуйте. Покупал робота в апреле 2020 года. *** Продажи его закрылись неизвестно почему и как. Могу ли я вернуть свои деньги за покупку этого робота? А то ни какой связи с владельцем, никаких обновлений. и не понятно что вообще. Спасибо за понимание
