Техническое задание

I am looking for a New EA . That will work as per information i provide. 

The requirements are as follow. 

1. Candle time frame     5 Min

2. Open trade Buy/Sell   as per last candle performed. 

Every 5 min it will open a new trade 

3. No matter if the trades are still pending. 

4.  Take profit     3 pips

5.    Stop loss     20 pips

6. If any trade hit stop loss then it will open nezt trade of triple volume size ×3 .
