Creating an EA for indicator, which is in top 10 of paid indicators, on MQL5

I am looking for an EA which can open and close trades based on signals of an indicator which is in top10 already for some time now. (name of indicator is TDO)

Functionality Requirements

1) Open trade when the buy/sell signal appears or, .. (any TF)

2) Set a pending Buy / Sell limit with xx pips from current price

3) Set SL with xx pips (on of off)

4) Set TP1 and TP2 (set on or off)

5) Automatic close at opposite signal (on or off)

6) Move SL to BreakEven (adjustable) when xx pips in profit (on or off)

7) Set Trailing with xx pips when xx pips in profit (on or off)

So, when buy is indicated, and for example 0.04 lot is used, 0,02 is closed at TP1, 0.01 is closed at TP2 and remaining at Opposite signal or in case I selected Trailing, it may be closed by trailing first.

Ofcourse, all items needs to be changeable and On/Off depending on pair and TF

I think that some of you already made such indicator for other users, so availability can be quick and budget is limited (since already developed)
