Техническое задание

I want someone who will code a profitable scalper with news trader for me. I had a news trader but the coder refused to give me the full license even after i finished payment. It was not done here, hence am here now. I will test the ea on a live account for 2 weeks before the business will be concluded. The scalper can be separate from the news trader or can be in same ea.

My aim is the profitability with low drawdown.

The developer can suggest brokers and vps and other details, but i would prefer if the ea can work on any broker that i choose.
