Техническое задание

i want make EA from this indicator principle.

if open price-close price > x pips. open BUY/SELL in the next bar.

1. the ea must have a reverse mode (true/false). if true, buy signal open sell. and sell signal open buy.

2. the ea must have automatic on/off procedure.

it mean after open a trade, it will be wait for x time / x candle before it can open trade in the next signal.

3. have a spread filter.

4. mobile push notification.

EA must have a best speed execution. because it work in fast tick habitat.


its a very simple EA for a profesional coder, so i want it fast in development.
