Buy:

1. Set grid from start point at X pips apart for each level.

2. Place buy on current level.

3. If price rises to next level up, close in profit and start from step 2. If it drops to next level down, place new buy keeping old buy.

4. For every move down add new buy.

5. When price moves back upward enough that the profit of any number of the lowest consecutive buys is greater than or equal to the loss of the largest losing buy, then close the consecutive lowest placed buys and the largest losing buy.

6. Repeat from step 4 until all losing buys are closed at which point start from step 2.

Do the same as buys with sells simply in the opposite direction.
