Develop "BASIC EA"

1- this EA when the candles are red and red arrows appear, EA opens orders on all the red arrows
2- This EA when the sails are blue and appear blue arrows,
EA opens orders on all blue arrows
3 - this EA closes the orders in the TMA indicator bands.
example: blue candles, blue arrow, touches the blue band of the TMA, closes all the requests
example: red candles, red arrow, touch the red band of the TMA, close all sales orders
