Pending order candlestick EA

I require an EA to create pending orders.

On candle close to place a pending order at the high or the low of the previous candle.

Parameters:

lot size
stop loss
take profit
trailing stop (optional)

bullish candle: buy limit or sell stop on low
bearish candle: sell limit or buy stop on high

filter candle or body
size of filter in pips

EA should only close an order when TP/SL/TS is hit (so many positions could be open the the same time), but there should only be a maximum one pending buy and one pending sell order at any time (one each side). Pending orders should be adjusted on each candle close (if above filter size).
