Техническое задание

I want an Expert Advisor with viewing and modifying rights to the code base. this simple EA should use MACD indicator signals only when the market is trending. Signals from ADX indicator should be used to identify whether the market is trending or not. If ADX is less than 20, EA should not open new orders as per the inputs from MACD. Code base should be nicely written in the same way inbuilt EA were written. 

there are only two conditions.


If ADX >= 20 use MACD signals otherwise do not use MACD signals
