Need Table With Buttons

Hi,

I need an EA for MT4 with a Table:

First Table has 8 Columns. The last columns is a button. The number of rows is dynamic

When i open an order, the order data (Asset, order type, lots, open time, open price, sl, tp) will be added to the table. When i click the button of that row, the order will be closed / deleted.

There should be an option to show and hide the table

Furthermore i need a button "close all" below the table. on click it will close / delete all orders which are in the table.

if an order gets deleted, the table will be updated.
