Техническое задание

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me create a script or EA with the following scope

A small dashboard on the chart, the allows the user to select lot size, SL and TP. Have a BUY, SELL or Cancel button. 


When the user clicks Buy or Sell, it only does one position when a set a parameters is met. Once the trade is done, it reset the EA until the user hits buy or sell again.


Trading parameters. Crossing of MA with specific parameters.


I would like the source code


Simple, nothing too complicated.
