Need trailing stops to be converted to jump stops

I have an ea which has a parameter for trailing stops in pips for management of single orders and another parameter with management of multiple orders in equity (dollars). I would like both trailing stops changed into a jump stop. This jump stop would move the stoploss "x" amount of pips or equity instantly to lock in profit by that same amount defined in "x". Each parameter also has a step in "y" amount. Example: jumpstop-5 , jump step 1. When the current profit is equal to +5 pips the jumpstop is activated and the stoploss is immediately moved to that same amount locking that +5 pips amount. If the profit increases the jump step updates the stoploss every1 pip. Same method applies to multiple trades which is managed in equity.Currently the trailing stop is of the traditional type which is not to my liking in terms of performance.  Developers with high ratings and reviews would be preferred.
