Техническое задание

HELLO

I want one expert advisor basically to this indicator rsioma,  for metatrader 4

parameters rsi 9 + MA 200

when rsi 9 is cross at the same candle (not after one candle) up to ma200 will buy and vice versa. closed position will be when opposite signal will be given and open new position.(open take profit.)

stop loss will be 100 bips but i can change manually the stop loss.

if you can make it to not see the broker how work the robot.

robot set it to work only 7 am until 4.30 am. (basically only London hours.) i will use it for 30 minutes chart that's why i want it at the same candle the signal and not after because maybe will loose  some bips. you can check it what is the best to do.
