Robot based on existing breakout indicator

Hi there, I need a robot built around the attached indicator.This shouldn't be too hard to code I think. 

This is the method I need automated. A buy stop and sell stop is to be placed at the red line after the red box is complete. Anytime the price crosses the red line the stop order must execute. The placement of the buy/sell stop orders on the red line restart if one of the following three conditions are met:

1. The SL or TP was executed

2. A candle posts (not crosses) inside the green rectangle. 

3. A new day has started

In the below example, the TP is 20 pips and the SL is 10 pips. Note that in the example below the sell stop is left untouched. The sell stop is never restarted, only ever the buy stop because it was executed over and over because the conditions were met. 

These are the features I need:

• Must hide TP and SL. I want the EA to manage the TP and SL, not my broker. I do not want my broker or anyone else to SL hunt me so these need to be hidden. 
• Field for magic number
• Field for comment
• Set TP pips
• Set SL pips
• Fixed lot or percentage lot option.
• Only ever one sell and one buy. Never more than one buy or one sell. For example, not two buy but can have one buy and one sell open at the same time. 
• Start new sequence if the candle posts on the other side of the red line. 
• 30 minute, 15 minute or 5 minute sequence option
• Maintain all other settings in indicator.
