Техническое задание

I want an ea that will open a trade when price crosses high or low of given time period. For example, if i place start time 23:00 and end time 02:00 next day then it will see the high low within this time period and once breakout of that high or low happens a trade will be opened. 

The ea should contain:

1.option to choose between single trade or multiple trade that is if first closed it retakes trade when price retraces back to original opening price of the trade

2. option to choose whether to trade both ends that is high and low or just high or low as i choose per trade

3.  sl and tp in pips

4. trailing stop with steps

5. break even with steps

6.  option to open up to 5 martingale positions at given pips for example if i want to open second position after price moves against me after 10 pips (i choose how many) it opens a second position with martingale 1 or 2 etc,,,, where 1 means it will multiply my original lots by 1...etc

7. session start and end time
