I need an Expert Advisor

I need an Expert Adviser that does the following:

This is what i am using and i want to tell me if you can do it:    I AM USING A MT4 PLATFORM

lets say we use 60 minutes chart and on the platform i downloaded:
        a  20 day period EXPONENTIAL MA (moving average) which applies to CLOSE and has a STYLE of color BLUE and is represented on the chart with a STRAIGHT LINE with thickness number 2 and a SHIFT of 0(zero)
                              

                                                            I wrote some words in UPPERCASE to highlight where it needs to be entered on MT4 platform and i apologize, but at this time i am not sure how accustomed you are with MT4, again i am sorry for that.

Lets go back to our problem:

1 - I want the system to OPEN a BUY ORDER when the 60 minutes candle closes above the 20 day exponential MA ( BLUE STRAIGHT LINE)  and to CLOSE that same Order  when the 60 minutes candle closes bellow the 10 day exponential MA (BLUE DOTED LINE).

2 - I want the system to OPEN a SALE ORDER when the 60 minutes candle closes bellow the 20 day exponential MA (RED STRAIGHT LINE) and to CLOSE that same ORDER when the 60 minutes candle closes above the 10 day exponential MA (RED DOTED LINE)

Keep in mind please that some time,not all the time, when the order under item #1 above closes... automatically the order under item #2 above opens,because it happens in the same time and because the 10 day MA BLUE DOTED LINE will be at exact or bellow the 20 day MA RED STRAIGHT LINE, and vice versa.

I also want to know if we can include a RSI 10 that when crosses up the 55 line confirms the signal and only than the order is placed and the reverse for short trades when rsi19 crosses down the 45 line confirms the short signal to enter the trade. I hope i am not shooting my self in the leg with so many conditions.

It may be ideal that i can chat or even better communicate through Skype
