Simple time box breakout, similar to London Breakout

Техническое задание

Please provide a simple time box breakout system with configurable time window specified to the nearest second eg. 02:04:37 to 02:06:22, using the highs and lows of this time box as the triggers. I also want a configurable clearance parameter as an additional number of pips on the triggers before the trade is entered. Please don't just copy and paste a modified version of the London Breakout code, I have viewed several of these and there's loads of stuff in there I'm not currently interested in - I want to keep it simple, I'd imagine something like this for input parameters:-

 

BoxStartTime: 02:04:37

BoxEndTime:  02:06:22

ClearancePips: 3
