Need a simple martingale multitime frame bollinger bands EA

EA will open trades when price reaches or brakes out of BB indicator on at least 3 time frames of my choosing.  If price brakes top band EA will start selling if bottom BB is crosses it will start buying.  

Options that must be included in the EA are:

-Divination from Bands (how far outside the bands will price make the order trigger.  Exp: if zero trade will be executed when price touches the band if 10 trade will be opened when price brakes 10 pips outside the bands)
