One Click Scalper - Trade Panel for MT4

I need someone with extreme skills to create this trade panel. 

I'm using MT4 with ECN account and a 5 digit broker.

This one click scalper must open and close orders in milliseconds.

It must work on all trading instruments and symbols it attached to.

This trade panel will not interfere with other EA's on the chart.

It works independently and it will have the built-in ability to work with any and all EA's , with or without a magic number.

When attached to the chart it will go to the upper left corner, and it will be movable , so that I can hold and drag it and place it anywhere on the chart.

All parameters, key-in values and functions will be on the panel's interface.

I want to emphasize that there will be NO pop up windows to key-in values, everything will be done on the panel interface.

The One Click Scalper trade panel's size will be 3 inch wide x 5.5 inch vertical length (see attachment for how about it should look like also must see the reference:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gq_C1qm_hpM  ).

EXPLANATION of panel buttons and functions:

CLOSE ALL ORDERS - close all open and pending orders of that symbol on the chart. (This is a big size button)

STATUS - in cash and in pips. Two buttons, one will show the current net position in US dollars and the other will show it in pips in real time.

               (in other words, the buttons will show the profitability of an order for the symbol in cash terms and also in pips in real time).

LOTS - must be able to trade from micro lots 0.01, 0.02, 0.03 ... 1.00, 2.00 3.00 ...up to 100 lots.

S/L - Stop Loss value.

T/P - Take Profit value.

move_s/l_to_BE_after - this is the amount of pips that the price has to move in my favor, in profit, in order to trigger this EA to move the S/L  to the Break Even level.

                                    ( I can set it off if I key-in  "0" (zero) or if I leave the  "box" empty. I must key-in a value for it to function ).

BE_add_subtract_pips - this is the Break Even level itself and it can also lock-in negative pips.

                                    first example: If I set it to a value of  "2" (two) , then, after the move_s/l_to BE_after  is triggered, it will move it to Break Even plus two pips in profit.

                                    second example: if I set it to "-4" (minus four), then, after the move_s/l_to BE_after is triggered, it will move it to negative four pips.

trailing_step_in_pips - This is the step distance, in how many pips the step level should "jump" and follow market price.

Trail - the trail function has two buttons, "True" and "False". As a default the "False" button should be "pushed in".

          When ever I want to trail, whether as I place an order, which means that I will click on the "True" button before I place the order or during an open order, I just need to click the "true" button and it will start to trail,

          at any time if I want to stop the trail during an open order, I just need to click "false" and it will stop the trail immediately,  and if I click "True" again, it will start to trail again.

snap_s/l_behind_price - This function is to be used after I open a trade and it has 3 buttons, one to key-in the value in pips and second is "True" and third is "false". As a default the "False" button should be "pushed-in". 

                                    example: I'm in profit and I feel that it might reverse on me at any second, but my stop loss is still far away from price, instead of dragging the Stop Loss closer to price, I key-in the value of "2"  (two pips) 

                                                   and click the "True" button and it snaps the Stop Loss from its current level to two pips behind the current price. (protecting my profits quickly).   

BUY , SELL and the SPREAD - the buttons and their function and their size should be exactly as it is in the Mini-Terminal shown in this YouTube video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gq_C1qm_hpM

Order Placing Using MT4 Should Fulfill The following Conditions:

1.  Once the order is placed, a horizontal price line should be created at the price where the order is executed ( Yellow colored line, width - 3 ). I need it to visually see where the order started.

2.  MT4 should show their usual dotted horizontal S/L and T/P lines for each order. (the lines colors are the colors I choose in MT4 properties)

3.  I should be able to modify the S/L and T/P lines by just manually holding the lines at any point and dragging them.

     (if they are dragged to invalid level, e.g.-you drag s/l to the other side of current market - then, I should be asked if I want to close the order). 

4.  I should be able to manually key-in the default values for all the buttons, which also means that when I apply the panel again, it will keep it last key-in values.

5.  There should never be a need to navigate to the trading platform while placing and executing or closing orders, and the entire operation should be performed and executed in milliseconds using only this One Click Scalper trade panel.

6. Use all the space, 3 inch x 5.5 inch to create as bigger as you can buttons and look at the attachment to guide you and also look carefully at the reference, because the BUY,SELL and SPREAD should be looking the same as in the reference.
