I want one EA that uses 4 of those indicators. (All of them except BOLLINGER bands) 

 

They must all work together. For example a BUY is only opened when there is Golden Cross (Moving Average) AND macd Bullish Crossover AND Parabolic SAR signal Buy AND RSI Oversold.

 

The EA must be able to switch each indicator on and off in input parameters. For example If I only want to use Moving average and MACD I need to turn off Parabolic SAR and RSI.

The EA must have input parameters for all indicators. (So I can optimise EA with best parameters)

The EA must be able to run on any time frame (M1, M5, M15, M30 etc) 

The EA must have Money Management. Be able to use % of account for each trade and also have fixed lot.

The EA must have trading parameters. Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trail Stop etc
