Create a program for order entry to prevent profit loss in a whipsaw

Dear Coding Expert, 

I trade a volatility breakout system in several currency pairs. I am looking for programming to assist in order placement for the European based pairs, EUR-USD, GBP-USD and USD-CHF. 

In this system (which is not automated), we identify a channel high and a channel low and place Buy Stop orders (5 in total) at the channel high and Sell Stop orders (5 in total) at the channel low. 

Typically this works very well except in the case of a whipsaw. 

In that instance we wish to exit our current orders in case of retracement to the initial entry level and simultaneously initiate 5 new orders in the opposite direction.
