Pivot Point & Fibonacci Retracement and Extension indicators needed

I have little or no knowledge of programming, so a matured programmer is needed to work with me.

I have a Pivot Point indicator in MT 4, which I will like to modify. Presently, it shows only daily but will like to add Weekly and Monthly to it. Also, I want it to be ability to synchronized all the three (3) levels together: Daily, Weekly & Monthly and give an alert when price breached/ cross a price common to all of them, say within 5-10 pips (user definable/adjustable)

Colors & thickness for all the three levels should be user definable/adjustable as well as the Midpoints

I should be able to select if I want an alert on all the 3 levels (Daily, Weekly & Monthly), on only 2 or just 1 of them

It should be able to do the following: send sound alert from file; Number of times to sound per price crossed; Alert Pop-up; Send mail; alert on major Support and Resistance only, alert on both Major and Midpoints. (These types of alert go for the Fib Ret & Ext indicator below).

The start of the Pivot & look-back period should also be user definable/adjustable.

Fibs Ret & Ext.

An indicator that will combined Fib Retracement & Fib Extension together in MT 4.

I  use many Fib levels than what MT 4 allowed, so am looking for something that will allow me to input as many as 50 different levels (just has we have it in MT 5)

Parameters should be user definable/adjustable.

I should be able to input price (data) into 3 levels- A; B; & C. (A & B for Ret); (A, B & C for Ext)

Colors & thickness for the two should be user definable/adjustable.

Should include something like:

Alert on Fib Ret- True/false

Alert on Fib Ext - True/false

Alert only on Fib Ret and Ext within a number of pips:

I will like to see the two indicators above work together without any conflict.

For any other details, I will be glad to respond. The selected programmer's personal input is welcome and this could be a start of good relationship and other jobs to follow.
