Need a simple EA for MT4

Hi, I need an EA operate by indicator MACD + Bollinger Band.

Condition:

BUY

-          Bearish MACD below 0.00 point.

-          Lower Bollinger Band discounts XX pips. I need up to 10 tiers discount.

SELL

-          Bullish MACD above 0.00 point.

-          Upper Bollinger Band premium XX pips. I need up to 10 tiers premium.

Entry Point:

BUY

-          In the condition, Bearish MACD below 0.00 point, when the price hit the Lower Bollinger Band – 10 pips, Buy Order tier 1 entry.

-          If the price keep going down and hit the Lower Bollinger Band – 20 pips, Buy Order tier 2 entry.

-          If the price still keep going down and hit the Lower Bollinger Band – 30 pips, Buy Order tier 3 entry.

-          When the Buy order start, not effect if MACD change from Bearish MACD to Bullish MACD, new Buy order still can be open. 

Sell

-          In the condition, Bullish MACD above 0.00 point, when the price hit the Upper Bollinger Band + 10 pips, Sell Order tier 1 entry.

-          If the price keep going up and hit the Upper Bollinger Band + 20 pips, Sell Order tier 2 entry.

-          If the price still keep going up and hit the Upper Bollinger Band + 30 pips, Sell Order tier 3 entry.

-          When the Sell order start, not effect if MACD change from Bullish MACD to Bearish MACD, new Sell order still can be open. 

Close Point:

-          When the price hit the Middle Bollinger Band, close all the position of current pair.

-          Example:
- If EURUSD hit the closing point, so only EURUSD close all position, will not effect to the others currency pair. 

Candlesticks / Bars:

-          Need up to 10 bar reserves when the conditions apply.

-          Each signal effected with current bar only. (Signal expiry after price close)

Entry Tiers:

-          Need up to 10 tiers entries for each bar. 

-          One order for each tier only.

Example:

Money Management:

-          Need an auto lot size increase decided by capital.

-          Need a switch (Enable/Disable), in case if I want make withdrawal fund, auto lot size increase will effected.

-          MACD

-          Bollinger Band

-          Every bar (Up to 10 bars) with different tiers.
Example:
The Buy Trade, 1^st bar
- no. 1 tier = discount 10 pips
- no. 2 tier = discount 20 pips
- no. 3 tier = discount 30 pips
- no. 4 tier = discount 40 pips
- no. 5 tier = discount 50 pips…

-          Every tier (Up to 10 tiers) with different lot size.
Example:
The Buy Trade, 1^st bar
- no. 1 tier = - 10 pips = 0.01 lot
- no. 2 tier = - 20 pips = 0.02 lot
- no. 3 tier = - 30 pips = 0.03 lot
- no. 4 tier = - 40 pips = 0.04 lot
- no. 5 tier = - 50 pips = 0.05 lot…

-          Money Management
- Capital (Auto increase lot size)
- Enable / Disable

** Question:

-          Is it able just open in one chart and control multi-currency pair (24 pairs)?

-          If can, need an input for currency pair selection.

-          Or if cannot, so I have to open many charts and put in EA for each currency pair.
