Need a simple EA for placing orders while market is closed

Техническое задание

Need the following:

I want to set orders in the market, even when it's closed. For that I want an EA where I can give in the settings and that places a stop buy / stop sell order as soon as the market opens again. 


Needs to input the following data:

Direction (Long/Short)

SL + TP

Entry point (Stop buy/Stop sell)

Volume

Start time at the next day


Also there should be a protection that when EA activates an order the next day and I close it manually it should not open it again just because he's still activated on the chart.
