Техническое задание

I would like to make an indicator that can stop trading activities when the starting balance of the time window drops more than x%.

Example:
7 August 2017
Balance $10000
Daily max drawdown = 10% = $1000
Weekly max drawdown = 15% = $1500
Monthly max drawdown = 20% = $2000

When equity drops below $9000, it will close all trades, disable expert advisor and change password. 

It will restart on the next day
8 August 2017
Balance $9000
Daily drawdown = 10% = $900 left to daily max drawdown
Weekly max drawdown = 15% X weekly start balance = 1500, 1500 - 1000 = $500 left to max drawdown
Monthly drawdown = 20% X monthly start balance = 2000, 2000 - 1000 = $1000 left to max monthly drawdown

Weekly drawdown will only restart on the start of the week
Monthly max drawdown will only restart on the start of the month
