Техническое задание

I am looking for a scalping EA/indicator that scans all 28 currencies on the 5 minute and 15 minute charts to verify the same trend direction. Once it finds the pairs on these two time frame it will set a Entry Price, Stop loss and Take profit and send an audible signal. The trend direction must be the same on the two time frames(5 minute and 15 minute) before it sends a signal. The EA must have a news filter that will not send a signal for any pairs that have news on that trading day. I'm looking for accuracy.
