Need an EA to determine top/bottom and execute trades based on multiple criteria

High level specs:

Criteria to determine  potential trade level:

- top/bottom detection based on length of the slopes on either sides of high/low. (ie 100 pips ascend followed by 100 pips descend to determine a top has formed)

- volume bars need to match specified criteria at the top/bottom to make it a valid trade level (details to be provided later)

Criteria  to open a trade:

- Once price comes back to retest the determined trade level the volume bars of the candle previous to the candle that will hit the trade level must match specified criteria (details to be provided later)

- no trades are to be opened during specific trade sessions (ie asian session, eu session, us session etc)

- no trades are to be opened a certain period before / after high news events (source: forex factory)

If all criteria er met multiple trades need to be opened. 1 market order + several limit orders)

All orders need to be closed automatically when 1 of the open trades hits its take profit target.
