MT4 Code/ Plugin to send binary option trade to IQ Option broker.

Hello,

I have seen that you have bid on a similar job request , so i need  a similar solution. 

A plugin or MT4 code that can take MT4 alerts from an indicator/EA and place a trade on IQ Option either web or application.

I prefer it as an MT4 code send as post through web request. I also expect some description about requirments/ limitations eg. logouts, server returns if any..
