of open trades (both buys and sells combined) are more than Negative_Basket
Target, then close ALL trades and start fresh. (This seems to be a mechanical
sequential closing and each open order is taking 3-4 seconds to close on live
trading) Please prioritize the negative trades to close first with the biggest
lot size first and then the positive trades again start with the biggest lot
size first.
