I need to add to my EA

I need to add to my Trend_L_EA_ a 3rd buy and sell entry parameter. This parameter must be fullfilled for any buy or sell enty to take place(the parameter is preceded by  and )

Buy entry parameter to add :

 If price is above simple moving average(period must be adjustable)

 The entry parameters becomes then:

 Buy entry 

1- Pipfinite trend laser become blue

OR

 2 - An upward reversal arrow  shows

and 

 3- If price is above simple moving average(period must be adjustable)

 Sell entry parameter to add :

If price is below simple moving average(period must be adjustable)

  The sell entry parameters becomes then:

  Sell entry 

1-Pip finite trend laser become red

OR 

2-A downward reversal arrow  shows

AND 

3- If price is below simple moving average(period must be adjustable)
