So this is what the program needs to do.

 start program/identify 17 pips up/down from current price. 17 pips up. Buy 10k units. 17 pips up, 17 pips up, 17 pips up, 17 down, take profit. Put in sell order. 17 pips down, 17 pips down, 17 pips up, take profit, put in buy order etc

it doesn't get any easier

17 pip movement blocks or just 17 pip movements

15 atr time frame, unless it moves way past 17 in a hurry

changing and adding pairs should be easy

taking profit, selling , buying etc are all automated 24/5 with the computer even in sleep mode

Taking profit, selling, buying  etc should have the option to be done manually in super rare cases

mt4 and mql5 compatible

user friendly

buying on the 17th pip (or selling) and then sell or buy when it goes 17 pips the other way. It just trades the price action

10k units every time

I need to be able to trade 3 pairs at once

I should never have more then a 18-20 pip drawdown

Units traded should be changeable

If for some reason, trouble happens then it should shut off automatically. 

I need to be able to talk to you for improvements and such

I'm open for all safety implementations

eur/usd   gbp/usd    usd/jpy  are the first 3 pairs I will trade

Always ending the trade on the completion of 17-19 pips of the opposite direction of the intial trade
