Техническое задание

Ok so i need a job completed around a TDI indicator. from what i understand, the indicator may need to be completely remade from scratch to achieve my goal. attached is a copy of the indicator, pictures for clarification, and a more detailed explanation of what i am needing. the price and time frame are flexible. i am willing to pay more if thats what it takes. someone told me that it may be simpler to create a second indicator that does all this without actually changing the tdi file.. if that is so, we can discuss this as an option as well.
