Indicator based on 3 ma,s and RSI from 3 time frames

need an indicator which will confirm a trade with 3 types of MA , and needs the input for MA1 ,MA2 , and M3 , type and value . for Ma,s when price closes above all Ma,s its a buy and when closes below all MA,s its a sell arrow ,BUT indicator will not show any arrow till the confirmation from RSI with 3 given time frames , Inputs for RSI will be

RSI Period 1: 14 (editable) +upper and lower level will also be editable 

RSI Period 2: 20 (editable) +upper and lower level will also be editable 

 RSI Period 3 : 30 (editable) +upper and lower level will also be editable 

So overall price closed above all 3 ma,s + in all 3 types of rsi above upper level is a buy , if its closed above in MA already and few candles later in rsi is also a buy arrow .

same closed closed below all ma,s + below all rsi levels is a sell .
