Техническое задание

I need an EA that places Pending Buy OR Sell Orders from two indicators

Buy Trade is triggered when BlackDiamond EA turns to Green Color and POPS up Message and is above MA OR if BlackDiamond is Green and Crosses MA going up, close Open Buy Order if Blackdiamond changes colour to red and message pops up while

Sell Trade is triggered when BlackDiamond EA turns to Red in color and POPS up Message and is Below MA OR if BlackDiamond is Red and Crosses MA going down, close Open Sell Order if Blackdiamond changes colour to Green and message pops up.

Close Buy Pending Order if BlackDiamond is Below MA  and  

Close Sell Pending Order if BlackDiamond is above MA. 

Settings:

MA Period:144, MA Method: Simple MA Price: Close Price

Set 1: General Setting:

TF: 1min to daily chart; Pending Space: in PIPS; SL/TP;LotSize (Depending on Equity and Free Margin;Lotsize Multiplier:Trailing Steps, TP 1, TP2, TP3; Close in Dollar.

 

Set 2:

Stop Trading on High impact News; Trading Time:
