Техническое задание

I have an MQL4 file of an indicator that produce a signal of green or red on a moving average line.

I would like someone to take that signal of green or red from my indicator and display trend colors for multi currency and multi time frame on chart.

if moving average line is glowing green, then signal is green.
if moving average line is glowing red, then signal is red

I've attached two screenshot of a sample of what I want to display on chart.
