EA Robot Needed To Bridge To MT4 and Potion Platform

Programmer  needed to write EA Robot for 
60 Sec Martingale Binary Option trading  strategy.

EA must be able to bridge over and operate on both Meta 4 and Spot Options platforms without detection from brokers . Operated from PC and from virtual servers.
EA must be able to determine traders sentiment/popularity and execute strategy when sentiment is at least 55/45,  enter trades in the direction of majority. (Or customer is able to modify EA configuration  to set trader popularity/sentiment, currency pairs and auto pilot trading from control panel). EA must be able to trade remotely at scheduled times and time zones.  Customer must be able to demo finished EA robot  prior to final payment.

EA robot must be able to sync times zones, enter new positions after robot determines if current
trade is a winner or loser and as near to expiry time as possible.

Trade up to 2 currency pairs at the same time, applying these rules.

Strategy consist of trading a maximum of 5 trades in same direction as the majority of trader sentiment/popularity. The level of investment escalate from $5,$10,25,100,$250.00

If the initial position/trade is a winner, the robot’s level of investment remains $5.00 for the next trade. If the current position is a loss, the robot increases the next trade to the next investment level.  Example:
$5.00/win, $5.00/win, $5.00/loss, next trade $10.00/win, next $5.00.

Ties Expiries are considered a loss, so the amount of investment level would increase to the next level.

Robot  trades in 5 minute trading cycles, in the direction of market sentiment. Once robot determines market sentiment and enters trade, robot will continue to trade in the original sentiment direction until 5 trade cycle is complete.  Then, robot checks traders sentiment and enter new 5 trade cycle in that direction.

Robot must be able to execute/open new positions 
exactly at the expiration of previous positions.

Customer must be able to manually  adjust levels of investment, start & stop times.

Job pays $140.00 plus 5% of 1st months profits.
