How much would cost make an EA for this daily start?

Money Management Features:

1. TP by money / currency

2. TP by PIPs

3. Stop Loss by Money / Currency

4. Stop loss by pips

5. Trailing stop / step

6. Grid Trading ON/OFF

7. Martingale On/Off

8. News Filter On/Off (can use common forexfactory filter) 

9. Stop Trading Friday "Hour/Minutes" & Start Trading Monday "Hour/Minutes" 

10. Open 1,2,3,... trades per signal  

 

Back Testing Note:  Many EAs coded without native support in open/close back testing. I need this EA be able to be back tested under open/close with accurate results so I dont need the tick by tick 90% data for BT.

 

Very simple strategy, so hope you give fair rates as expected. Good and fair coders always welcomed for more jobs in future :)
