Need Order History EA/Indicator Built for MT4

I need an EA
1)To automatically set a Stop Loss when entering a trade(stop loss is different per pair). There should be a field to enter at what amount pips I want this pair to be stopped out at. 
2) Show horizontal lines where the SL is set at. I can also drag from the entry horizontal line and set my take profit. I think this is a mt4 feature already so it should be left as is. Here a vid of what I am talking about http://screencast.com/t/VIKmVZcy
3) It shows the result profit/loss of the trade somewhere on the screen top middle. If it was a positive trade. It should say +30 if it was a negative trade. it should say <30>. The location should be adjustable by X & Y axis. The font and color should be adjustable as well. 
4) It should show entry and exit. With a line showing between the two points but the line and entry/exit points should be in front of the candles http://screencast.com/t/BhP3of7XVf
5) I should be able to set that in XX amount of pips. Move my Stop Loss to Break Even + XX pips. So, there will be 2 fields to fill out. a. At certain number of pips move the stop to break even. b. When moving the stop to break even it could be move to break even plus a certain amount of pips to protect some profit. Example: When EU is in profit 15 pips. I want the stop loss to be moved to Break even +2 pips.

The EA should be coded in a way that it is not going to lag my mt4. I have 15 charts running at the same time. The EA entry, exit, and profit/loss result should be automatically deleted at the end of the asian session.
