Техническое задание

Hello everyone

 i would like you to code a one simple  indicator (or Ea), i think abot mql4 but if you think it will be better mql5 then ok.
 
 Logic: it takes RSI value and if it only  cross some value(30 or 70) , then i will get an alarm per email. something like this "RSI cross up 70 on M5 EURGBP ", "RSI cross down value 30 on M5 EURGBP "

 What i would have:


1. posssibility to change RSI: RSI 14, 13,.etc.

2. it should work on different timeframes: M5, M30, H1, D1. for each timeframe i will have one tab .

3. it should work on different charts: Gold, Forex etc-.

3.  should be set 2 value for one timeframe: for example 30 and 70 on H1. then it will sent email either rsi cross 30 or rsi cross 70. may be in this case better to have two indicators for one timeframe?

4.it should work on virtual servers.


if you  have an idea , how to make it better, i would appreciate this.
