Programmer for Range Breakout EA

Hello,

I need a programmer for a range breakout EA. I've got an indicator which "creates" support and resistance areas. Based on this indicator I need the EA to wait for a breakout below or above the most recent level shown by the indicator. As soon as the market breaks out, I want the EA to have one option which enables it to open the position in the direction of the breakout directly after the close of the breakout candle (by breakout I mean a candle close above the indicators level) and a second option where the EA waits for a retracement back into the indicators level and opens the order in the direction of the breakout as soon as market reaches this level. In addition I've got another indicator. The position may only be opened if it "shows" the same direction as the direction of the breakout (e.g. if the breakout is to the upside, then on the candle which the EA enters the trade (either as described with option one or option two) the other indicator has to show a buy as well.
