Execute orders (only entry and exit) from NinjaTrader 8 strategy into MT4

Hello MQL4 developer, I am developed by myself a great trading strategy in the new NinjaTrader 8 (not NT7) and let it run 100% automatically. Now I will transfer all order executions from NT8 to MT4, at a moment I do this with a tool manually which mean I can do it not all the time every day.

I think an API interface  can be to much overload for this topic, I only need to import and execute all my NT8 order into MT4. NT8 and MT4 are on the same VPS server and need no transfer via TCP/IP over the internet.

So can you develope an EA that can read and execute in 200-500 milliseconds all the orders from NT8?

Details for this EA:

- no pending orders only market orders

- entry and exit with the same order quantity from NT8 (means 1:1 copy) ex. NT8 order quantity is 45000 in MT4 it is 0.45 lot

- cancel orders can do manually in MT4

- only intraday from 8 am until 9 pm (no overnight and weekend)

You must define also what structure and format the import datas need for MT4, I cac program it self in NT8 that you et the right format for MT4. 

The reason for this job is, that I can program c# in NT8 but I have no time to learn programming MT4 import EA or interface.
